At iMilani Società Benefit, we believe that corporate sustainability is no longer an optional choice, but a responsibility.

Being a company today means being part of a community: we are connected to our territory for what it represents and for what it must represent for future generations. Our planet is the greatest home we have: open to everyone and perfect. Our task is to leave it better than we found it.

The Sustainability Report includes the annual Impact Report of iMilani Società Benefit, prepared pursuant to Law 208/2015.

The commitments of iMilani Benefit Corporation

Our concrete commitment as a Benefit Corporation is expressed through 4 common benefit objectives. 

1. Sustainable business processes and activities

iMilani enhances the value of plastic by acknowledging the complex lifecycle of this material. Drawing on our expertise, we unlock its full potential, transforming it into a virtuous resource.

Controlled supply chain

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our production process: our supply chain is fully controlled and entirely in-house, ensuring the responsible use of resources and a reduction in environmental impact. Since 2024, we have been tracking and monitoring our supply chain: through a Code of Conduct, our suppliers commit to upholding quality standards and environmental and social responsibility.

Circularity

We favour the production of crates and containers made from recycled and regenerated plastic, promoting the circular economy and environmental protection. We collect end-of-life plastic crates and containers to regenerate them and transform them into new load units for logistics and storage.

2. Active role in society

For iMilani, being a company means actively participating in the communities in which we operate. We strive to develop strong bonds with our territory to make a significant contribution to collective well-being. We act as a company, but above all, as people.

Local engagement

We collaborate with associations, support local events, and partner with non-profit organizations to promote initiatives that generate shared value.

3. Welfare and people
